DC Ranch

DC Ranch

Located at the foot of the McDowell Mountains, DC Ranch is a unique and beautiful place to call home. This area features many distinctive amenities that set it apart from other golf course communities.  Its two private country clubs were designed with the whole family in mind.  Activities are schedule daily that cater to everyone from the smallest children to the “snowbird” that calls Arizona home only in the winter.  The community centers are on 9 and 4 acres, and surrounded by colorful parks and 33 miles of trails and walking paths.  The golf course located in DC Ranch was designed by Tom Lehman, and has become one of the most popular courses in Scottsdale.  Families in DC Ranch will enjoy the community feeling that comes from their own neighborhood  K-8 school, and the ease of travelling around the Valley of the Sun thanks to the easy access to the 101 Freeway. All these amenities are remarkable, but what really sets this area apart from other communities is Market Street.

If DC Ranch were a small city, Market Street would be downtown.  Creative and dynamic architecture houses unique shopping boutiques, specialty stores, community conveniences, and a wide variety of restaurants.  This distinctive retail district provides everything you could possibly need, all within a 10 minute drive of your home.
