Pinnacle Peak

The Pinnacle Peak community is comprised of several neighborhoods, all in close proximity to each other near the intersection of Pinnacle Peak and Pima Roads.  Surrounding this intersection you can find a wide variety of businesses, shops, and services to make your daily living effortless.  Homes are large, well-appointed, and carefully designed to enhance the desert landscape rather than distract from it.  Each home features gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, sunsets, and the twinkling lights of Phoenix.

Within the heart of the communities you can find the Pinnacle Peak Country Club, one of the Valley’s first member-owned private golf clubs.  Home ownership is not required for membership, however in order to keep the club private and uncrowded, membership is limited to 325 at one time.  The golf course is an 18-hole, walkable, beautifully landscaped delight.  The Clubhouse features lighted tennis courts, a heated lap pool, golf shop, fitness center, attended locker rooms, fine and casual dining rooms, and meeting rooms and administrative offices.  No other Scottsdale, Arizona real estate can give you the relaxed luxury and quiet beauty of the Pinnacle Peak Country Club.

If you are looking for luxury, beauty, and a one-of-a-kind style in your home, you owe it to yourself to consider the North Scottsdale community of Mirabel.  Located far above sea level, Mirabel residents escape the intense heat of Phoenix, while still enjoying the gorgeous scenery that comes with living in the Sonoran Desert.  Every home has been individually designed by top architects, and feature panoramic views of Pinnacle Peak Mountain and the spectacular sunsets that are only found in the Valley of the Sun.

Golfers will especially love this community, as they play through the 18-hole Tom Fazio designed masterpiece.  Every hole has spectacular views, and has been meticulously crafted to provide challenge to golfers of every skill level.  Midway through the course, stop and enjoy complimentary snacks prepared on the course by one of the Valley’s top chefs.  After your game, relax in the casually elegant Clubhouse.  Membership in the Golf Club includes access to the spa, salon, clay tennis courts, fitness center, and pool.  In addition, the Clubhouse features a dining room that prepares and serves a wide variety of cuisine, from barbeque to fine dining.  You every need has been anticipated at Mirabel, and concierge staff are available to make your perfect Scottsdale lifestyle simple and carefree.
