Whisper Rock

Whisper Rock is a beautiful 800 acre gated community where the natural landscape has been incorporated into the design of every home. Homeowners will enjoy views of palo verde and mesquite trees, granite boulder formations, and views of Turtle and Sombrero Mountains. When this community is fully developed it will include 200 homes, with the average lot size being at least 2 acres. The gatehouse is the hub of the community where resident services and community management can be found. Homeowners have full use of a fitness center, a private 3-acre park, and hiking and biking trails that wind through the community.

Adjacent to Whisper Rock are two golf courses; the Lower Course, designed by Phil Mickelson and Gary Stephenson; and the Upper Course, designed by Tom Fazio. Both courses have been planned with the holes grouped together and separated from the community by natural desert terrain so that at many holes homes cannot even be seen.
