The community of Grayhawk is divided into two areas, the Park and the Retreat. The Retreat features a gated entrance, and the homes within it are situated around the community’s 2 golf courses.  The Talon Course was designed by David Graham and Gary Panks and is a 7000 yard par 72 layout.  The Raptor Course was designed by Tom Fazio is a 7108 yard par 72 course which presents an exceptional challenge.  The Grayhawk Golf Club is available for use on a daily fee basis; there is no need to become a member.  You simply pay when you want to play.  The Clubhouse includes restaurants, a golf shop, locker rooms, and conference rooms.  Homes in The Retreat include both single family structures and townhomes and range from 1770-3744 square feet.

Homes in The Park feature spacious lots, wider setbacks, and a more community feeling thanks to the playgrounds and grassy play areas.  Grayhawk Elementary, rated an excelling school in the Paradise Valley School District, is conveniently located within the community for your kindergarten through 6th grade child.  El Dorado, a private school containing grades  preschool-8 is also located nearby.  Grayhawk is located on the western edge of North Scottsdale, providing its residents with easy access to Phoenix and the remainder of the Valley of the Sun.
